Custom CRM

Customer and sales work in one dependable system.

When leads, conversations and deal stages live in spreadsheets and chat, the team loses the thread. I build a CRM around how your sales and follow-up actually work — not a generic product you have to fight.

When it fits

When the sales thread lives outside the system.

A CRM is useful when the team needs one place for the customer, the stage and the next action — not another form to fill.

  1. 01

Customers live in Excel and chat

Leads, notes and follow-ups are scattered across files and messages, so nobody shares the same picture.

  2. 02

The same lead is entered twice

Someone copies the contact from a form or WhatsApp into a sheet, then into another tool — and details drift.

  3. 03

    Stages live in people's memory

Who owns the deal, what was promised and what comes next depends on individuals instead of a shared pipeline.

What can be built

From a focused pipeline to a sales workspace.

The first version stays close to how you already sell. Extra modules come after real use, not before.

  1. 04

    Leads, stages and history

One record for the customer, the pipeline stage, notes and what happened last.

  2. 05

    Roles and access

Who can see deals, who can edit them and what managers need for oversight — without opening everything to everyone.

  3. 06

    Tasks and reminders

Follow-ups and next steps sit on the same record so work does not disappear into a private inbox.

How it starts

One pipeline first — then expand from use.

We define the sales path people already walk, ship a usable first release and grow only where friction remains.

  1. 07

    Map how selling works today

Where leads arrive, who touches them, what stages matter and where information is lost.

  2. 08

    Ship the first pipeline

Core stages, roles and history go live as a working system — not a full suite on day one.

  3. 09

    Widen from real use

Reporting, notifications or connections to other tools follow after the team is actually working in the CRM.

Before we start

The main questions about a custom CRM.

Do you implement Bitrix or other ready-made CRM products?
No. I build a CRM around your process when off-the-shelf tools do not fit. If a ready-made product is enough, I will say so rather than invent a project.
What drives the cost of a custom CRM?
Roles, pipeline stages, data migration and any connections to tools you already use matter more than the number of screens. We stage the work after a short discovery call.
What should I send to get started?
How leads arrive today, who follows them, what stages you use and where things break. A short note is enough.
