End-to-end ownership
Interface, backend, database, APIs, integrations and launch are managed as one product rather than disconnected tasks.

I take commissioned work end to end: the interface, backend and APIs your product needs — shaped around how the work actually runs, not around a generic template.

One operational fact, three states
A reservation, a live session and a payment are not three apps. They are three states of the same record.
Reserved
The resource is promised for a window. Another booking cannot silently take it.
guest arrives
Live
The guest is here. Time is running. Products can be added.
session settles
Closed
The session has a total, a tender, and the shift it belongs to.
What the system refuses
Services
Custom business systems, operational platforms and the integrations between them — designed around how your work actually happens.
Custom software development for processes that do not fit an off-the-shelf tool: CRM, ERP, business applications and automation software.
EngineeringEnd-to-end software development services: web interface, backend, business rules, integrations, and data that has to stay correct after launch.
Technical: Java · Spring Boot · REST APIs · databases · production web applications
Built this in: Ingress Academy, MailRoom
Reservations, a live floor, payments, shifts. Software for the people who use it every day, built around how the work actually runs.
EngineeringAdd AI software or an assistant that answers from your catalogue and records rather than from a model's general knowledge.
EngineeringRetrieval over your own content, the conversation state around it, and the backend that keeps both honest. A layer in the software, connected to your data and your workflows — not a chatbot dropped on top.
Technical: LLM APIs · retrieval over own content · conversation state · REST APIs
Built this in: Ingress AI
Connect the tools your business already uses and automate the repetitive processes between them.
EngineeringReliable connections between services, databases and external systems so the product behaves as one system, not a pile of tools.
Technical: REST APIs · system integration · workflow automation
Selected work
An education platform, a hospitality system, a venue operations product, an AI assistant, a budgeting app and a gallery cleaner that never leaves the phone. Each one started from a problem someone actually had, not a technology preference.
VTB Bank (Azerbaijan)
I work in banking, where even a small mistake in a business process can have a significant financial impact.
My job is to take a real business need, work out how it should behave in practice, and turn it into software that can be relied on. Sometimes that means building something new. Other times it means improving a process that already exists, without disrupting the parts of the business that depend on it.
I also review the work of other people on the team, and help make sure new changes meet the business requirements and the standard expected of them.
What that environment taught me
That applies to any business where software has to be reliable, predictable, and built around real operational needs — not only to a bank.

I developed my software engineering career while growing as a mentor. I now work as a Software Engineer and Back End Developer at VTB Bank (Azerbaijan), and I continue my work with Ingress Academy.
This is progression, not a sequence of replacements. Mentoring did not end the engineering work. Joining VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) did not end Ingress Academy.

Full-time
I work as a software engineer and back end developer at VTB Bank (Azerbaijan), building production software where a wrong record is not a small mistake. The system has to stay correct under real operational pressure.

Part-time
I work as a backend developer on real projects at Ingress Academy — designing and implementing backend systems the academy actually uses.

Contract
I assist students, arrange programming lessons, and follow their progress with individual and monthly reports. This continues alongside my engineering work. It did not replace it.

How I work
You do not need to speak in technical terms. I turn the business problem into software and keep you in the loop until it is in use.
Understand the business problem, goals and requirements.
Turn the idea into a clear product and technical plan.
Develop the product iteratively with regular feedback.
Validate the solution and improve the experience.
Deploy the product and prepare it for real-world use.
Why work with me
The goal is not to close a ticket quickly. It is to build a system people can use, a business can operate, and the data can still trust after launch.

Engineering at VTB Bank and products used every day make reliability, data correctness and operational load practical requirements, not theory.

Instead of forcing a template onto the business, I understand how the work runs first and build the system around those rules.

I work from Baku in Azerbaijani, English and Russian, keeping product decisions and engineering tradeoffs clear to everyone involved.

About

I am a software engineer. I take commissioned work: custom business platforms and operational products for other people's businesses — the screens people work from and the records underneath them. The point is software a business can run on, not a demo that looks finished.
Under that is a software engineering practice: backend and full-stack development, with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot as part of a broader toolkit. I also build AI features where they belong in a product — at Ingress Academy I built an assistant that answers from the academy's own course catalogue rather than from a model's general knowledge. The parts that matter are the ones nobody demos: data models that stay consistent, APIs with clear boundaries, and a deployment someone else can operate.
At Ingress Academy I work on a live education platform used by learners every day. StayBoard and Heselo are my own products, built solo end to end: hospitality operations, reservations, live floor and the unglamorous correctness work a business depends on. I also mentor Java engineers at Ingress Academy. The goal is simple — leave systems other people can operate without me in the room.
Engineering
Named tools, not adjectives. Java and Spring Boot are the centre of it; the rest is what these products actually run on.
