A multilingual job board for open IT and remote roles. Companies post vacancies, candidates browse and apply, and a crawler brings external listings into one catalogue.
Live and in use · Job board · Browse and filter open roles · Candidate applications · Aggregated remote IT listings · Staff moderation · AZ / EN / RU
The problem
Open roles for the Azerbaijan market sit across employer sites, ATS boards, and foreign remote boards. Candidates bounce between sources, and a single search rarely covers both local postings and the remote or relocation roles that are actually reachable from here.
What I built
One board where guests can search and read listings in Azerbaijani, English, or Russian. Employers post after Academy sign-in; staff approve before a company ad goes public. An hourly crawler adds remote and relocation IT roles that fit the local market and drops geo-locked foreign remote ads.
Why it matters
A candidate can scan onsite and aggregated roles in one list. Applying or opening an external original link requires an account, so the public catalogue stays readable without a session while applications stay behind sign-in.
My role
My own product. I am the sole founder and built it end to end — the public board, employer posting, applications, staff moderation, and the hourly crawler. It sits in the Ingress ecosystem and uses Ingress Academy accounts for sign-in; that branding does not mean co-founders. The product is live in production; the source is private.

How it works
Job catalogue
Employer posting
Staff moderation
One jobs catalogue — posted and crawled listings in the same public list
PostgreSQL
Object storage for CVs
Guests can read the catalogue and job text; apply and original-source links require an Ingress Academy session. Employer ads wait for staff approval before they appear. The hourly crawler and the API share one jobs database, so aggregated remote IT roles land in the same list as company posts.
