Business automation
Run repetitive work through one dependable system.
When customer, sales, order, inventory and reporting data live in separate files, the team spends time carrying information between them. I map the existing process and build an automation system that connects the right steps.
Signs of the problem
The team works in the gaps between systems.
Automation does not mean automating everything. It means removing the handoffs that create the most errors and delays.
01
Data is copied by hand
An order arrives in one channel and is re-entered into spreadsheets, CRM and accounting.
02
Current status is unclear
Managers can only learn the state of sales, orders or inventory by asking the team.
03
Rules live in people's memory
Discounts, approvals and notifications depend on individuals instead of consistent system rules.
Solution examples
From CRM to order and inventory workflows.
Instead of disconnected modules, we follow how information moves through the whole process.
04
CRM and sales system
Customer records, leads, sales stages, tasks and communication history.
05
Order and inventory system
Track an order through preparation, stock movement, delivery and payment.
06
Integrations and notifications
Reliable data flow between APIs, payments, messaging and existing software.
How it starts
Choose the bottleneck before choosing the automation.
Starting with one high-impact workflow and expanding from real use keeps the project safer.
07
Map the process
We identify where information starts, who handles it and where it slows down.
08
Turn rules into system behaviour
Statuses, roles, approvals and exceptions become explicit, testable behaviour.
09
Introduce it in stages
The first workflow goes live, results are measured and the next step follows real need.
Before deciding
The main questions about automation.
- Can you build CRM, ERP and inventory software?
- Yes, but we first identify the process that needs fixing. Sometimes a focused sales and order workflow is a better first step than a complete ERP.
- How is an automation project priced?
- User roles, business rules, data migration and the systems being integrated have the largest effect. Staging the work reduces initial risk.
- Can we keep our existing software?
- Often, yes. If an API or suitable data access exists, current CRM, payment, messaging and other tools can be connected to the new workflow.
